How come you skipped 1900/2100 W-CDMA in Europe entirely, despite claiming to be 'Europe biased'?

For what it's worth, Metro PCS uses the AWS band for CDMA and more recently LTE. They are definitely a lower-end carrier in the US but it will be interesting to see how things shake out.
